What You'll Do
In the shuffle of big-city life, staying in the moment can be a challenge. Lodro Rinzler, a practicing Shambhala Buddhist, helps you quiet your mind and stay "awake" in the modern world through meditation. His teachings focus on how to enrich your life—one that can still include beer, sex, and other social indulgences—via incorporating a meditation practice that helps reduce stress and raise one's energy level. In addition to practicing with Lodro, he teaches students how to incorporate meditation into their lives at home.

The Buddha Who Walked into a Bar

It's a balance he's struck since college, where he created a Buddhist House that hosted 18 students and a large meditation room.
