A joint effort of USA Basketball, Nike, and the Portland Trail Blazers, the 16th annual Nike Hoop Summit showcases up-and-coming basketball talent from across the country and abroad. Since 2008, the annual game has rattled the rims at the Rose Garden as the nation's top high-school seniors take on an international squad comprised of elite players under the age of 19.

From Naismith Players of the Year to NBA MVPs, some of the sport's biggest names have used the game as a way to showcase their talents and get out of their chores. This year's roster offers more of the same: all 10 U.S. team members rank among the nation's top 30 basketball players. Seven of them are ranked in the top 10 by multiple scouting services, including the number two and three recruits in the nation according to ESPNU and Scout.com.
