Hi Katherine! As stated on our FAQ page, taxes are usually not included in the price of Groupons.
States and cities often have complicated sales and use tax laws that may be confusing. Factors such as where you live, where you redeem your Groupon and for what goods or services you redeem it may affect how the Groupon is treated for purposes of taxation. It is every merchant’s responsibility to collect and remit tax as required by applicable law.

I am a bit confused on how the seating works, how are the rows and seat numbers assigned?

Hi Cristina! Thank you for your question - seating is pre-reserved at the NAC box office. When you go to exchange your voucher, you will be given tickets for available prime orchestra seats. Hope this helps!
