I want to give the tickets to my son but it says that the name on the Groupon must match the drivers license. What do I do about that ?

You can buy the tickets under your son's name and have him bring ID to the box office with the voucher. Or you can purchase in your name and come to the box office yourself as early as 12/20 and pick up the tickets and then give them to your son.

My phone did not prompt me or show a window to buy multiple tickets at one time. I bought 2 and then 4 for a total of six. Our group would like to sit together. I have never been to this arena. I looked up the arena to look at the seating chart to see where the 200 seats were. The prices listed were cheaper than what groupon is selling them for. Are these 200 area seats in a better area of that section or something?

There are 3 prices in the 200 level. These will be the tickets valued at between $36-40. You are purchasing for at least 50% off.

Seats are filled in the 200 level in the order received. You must pick up your tickets at the arena box office and can do so starting 12/20.

These will be filled as they are ordered and we cannon guarantee they will be together. If the box office notices the same name they will attempt to put all together, but not guarateed as tough to sit 10 people together.
