Lisa and Gretchen, the owners of Sea Salt Candy Company, break down each of these layers into easy steps as they guide you through the dessert's preparation.

Where You'll Meet
Sea Salt Candy Company
Everything's authentic at Sea Salt Candy Company: the all-natural toffee made with Californian ingredients, the salted caramel infused with chile oil, and, most importantly, the recipes. These all come straight from the lives of owners Lisa and Gretchen. The shop's secret toffee recipe, for instance, Lisa learned from her aunt Dorothy. Gretchen first concocted her homemade caramel while helping her dad satisfy his sweet tooth when he lost his sense of taste to throat cancer. Their experiences make their treats as memorable as they are genuine, and have garnered attention from local press such as San Diego Magazine and North County Times.
