I just called to reserve my seats. After paying $70 for two groupon tickets, the Thunder Showroom Ticket Office said I would STILL have to pay an ADDITIONAL $32.95 per ticket when I picked them up. Please clarify.

I'm sorry for any confusion. Due to how their reservations system handles tickets, you may receive a confirmation e-mail saying you owe $32.95--however, you need not worry as your Groupon covers all fees. Simply present your Groupon and you'll be good to go!

If I purchase 2 Groupons, can I call and make reservations for me and my husband or does he have to be on the line as well in order to get tickets together?

He does not have to have a Groupon account. As long as you have two Groupons to make reservations with, you will be fine.
