B. B. King has held the crown of King of the Blues for more than half a century, and nobody dreams of challenging his title. At the age of 87, he still plays 100 shows a year without missing a lick, influencing popular musicians and inspiring Eric Clapton and Jimmy Page to hang up their polka careers. King with the sound off on a TV, just by looking at his face.” Other acts contributing to the afternoon soundtrack include the Twainian tunes of Americana singer, songwriter, and former pro boxer Paul Thorn, groove-laden world-music fusion from Penny Unniversity, and jazz blues courtesy of Alex A. and the Fermented.

On the rolling greens of the Empire Polo Club, the Rhythm, Wine, and Brews Fest unfolds for an afternoon of locally crafted libations and priceless rhythm and blues.
