I understand your confusion. The Museum cannot issue refunds as the fees are paid directly to Groupon, however you can make your request to Groupon directly at 888-375-5777 or https://www.groupon.com/support

"refundable on day of purchase" does that mean I can only use the pass at the exhibit on the actual day that I purchase it?

moi . asked 6 months, 15 days, 23 hours, and 48 minutes ago - 1 answer

"Refundable on day of purchase" means that Groupon is able to refund your money on the day you purchase the Groupon. The Groupon you purchased is valid December 6-30 and can be redeemed at the Anchorage Museum for Body Worlds admission on any of those days. Thank you for your question!

How is this a $40 value if it only costs $12/adult to enter the museum?

Kathy R. asked 6 months, 18 days, 3 hours, and 13 minutes ago - 1 answer

Thank you for your question! General admission to the museum is $12 per adult, however Body Worlds Vital is a premium special exhibit and has its own pricing structure. A Body Worlds admission ticket is $20 per adult general admission is also covered by purchasing a Body Worlds ticket. you can find more information about our pricing structure here: http://www.anchoragemuseum.org/galleries/body_worlds/plan.aspx
