Empowering others through conscientious living comes naturally for Vanessa Chu, having years of experience throughout the field. She served as president of the Healthy Living Club at Columbia Business School, offering cleanses and classes to over 300 classmates, and worked at Organic Avenue and BluePrintCleanse, furthering her knowledge of the healthy impact of organics. Beyond mindful eating, Vanessa is also a certified yoga instructor from Pure Yoga in Hong Kong, and has been teaching beginners and hardcore yogis alike ever since.
