Choose Between Two Options

With both options, amateur pilots receive 30 minutes of instruction on the ground before taking flight. Students and instructors then fly toward Long Island Sound, Jones Beach State Park, or Fire Island. Private flights afford up to an hour of experience in the air, and two-person packages give each participant about 45 minutes behind the yoke. Landing fees are included, and each participant also receives a souvenir T-shirt, a log book, a rental headset, and a six-month flight-training-magazine subscription.
