I have an FSA account that I was planning to use to fund my lasik surgery. Is it possible to use this money for the groupon?

I have age related vision problems, specifically I cannot read without "readers" and the condition seems to be getting worse. Otherwise, my vision has been very good all my life. I just turned 60. I've heard that monovision might be the best procedure for me (from friends, not a doctor). Would the price be the same or less because only one eye is treated? Thank you.

What sort of additional costs for post operative care, upgrades, surgery center fees, medications, supplies, re-treatments, or advance treatments might I anticipate? If I purchase the Groupon, come in for a consult and I am unhappy with the "true price," can I get a refund?

Hi Cassie, Great question. Our advertised special includes all pre and post operative care for one year. There are two eye drops prescribed that are covered under most major medical plans ( $100 out of pocket if no insurance). We do offer additional options including Wavefront CustomVue for $400 per eye and Intralase (all laser) Lasik for $400 per eye. You and your doctor will decide which procedure is best for your eyes. If for any reason you are not a candidate or you choose not to proceed your money is completely refundable. I have been quoted for an Intralase mono vision surgery with one eye 400 the other 1.75. This is done with the Allegretto-400hz so no knife is used. Is this price good for that?
