Licensed technicians deftly apply indelible eyeliner to upper lids, the lower curve, or both, to enhance eyes. Technicians also shade natural-looking brows onto faces during the 90- to 120-minute appointment. Follow-up appointments (not covered by this Groupon) can touch up or refine the permanent makeup and cost $50 per 30 minutes.
