Go Deeper, Get Lighter

Go Deeper, Get Lighter is more of a mantra than a business name. It comes from a collaboration between two individuals who had their own struggles with weight loss: Personal Trainer Lloyd Burnett and Holistic Psychotherapist Keri Nola. After years of struggling, Lloyd and Keri finally lost 45 and 40 pounds respectively, but only after they changed up their weight loss approach. They took a more holistic track and started to consider mental and emotional issues that could be affecting their weight. With Go Deeper, Get Lighter, they help others make similar changes in perspective. Their online programs tackle issues such as emotional eating and self-sabotage through a series of audio lessons, which contain zero calories. They also offer interactive worksheets and—for more intensive programs—coach their clients via web chat and in-person retreats.
