I am thinking about doing this program, I go to the gym in Mission and like to use the machines, do you have similar machines like the tread mill, eliptical that have tv screens on each machine? I understand that there is a trainer provided but is there someone there always to guide you during a workout and do they set out a specific plan for each participant?

We have treadmills, ellipticals, stepper and bike. You are trained on the equipment in your first visit but there is always someone available to answer questions. All staff have had fantastic weight and/or fitness results and are able to share those with you. Lisa, Cori and Sophia are both past contestants who now work at the gym and have had fantastic results. Lyndsey who also works at the gym lost 55lbs in one of our 12 week challenges. We have a 1/2hr and a 1hr plan. The 1hr plan includes cardio/ circuit strength training and a stretch program.

Does this groupon have a set schedule for the fitness challenge? or is it plainly just 12 weeks of gym time on our own schedules, and then we just weigh in on our own time? Is there specific equipment and classes that we take with this challenge? or is it our own workout routine?

Hi Rachel, No, you can start at any-time and set your own schedule. If you do want to join a set schedule then talk to us about the Total Makeover contest starting January 7th. 604-859-3488. You pick a night once a week that you come in for your weekly weigh and measure. You can use any of the equipment at the gym for the challenge and take classes. You can work your own routine but we set you up with a trainer for your first visit. We can help you put a program together. Cheers, Jenny

Our 1yr gym memberships include the FREE daycare. Any shorter programs, the daycare cost is $1 per child per hour. Still the best rate in town!!!! :)
