Hi! You mention an extra fee for long or thick hair, which makes sense :) I have long (down to the bottom of my shoulder blades) AND thick hair. Could you tell me what the extra fee would be? Thanks!

Hi, the long hair fee applies for hair longer than 16" and overly thick coarse hair. The flat fee is $50 to any client whose hair meets this description. We also offer free consultation to determine if you will have to pay this fee. Most clients don't need to since we are able to work with new clients unless the service will take longer than 2 hours.
