The Training was great. I passed all of my Intermediate and Expert certification exams with the help of this course. I now work in the ITSM field as a result. The instructor of the course is a thought leader in the ITIL & ITSM space. She is a college professor in this field. She is also the author of her own ITSM books and a prominent contributor to the ITIL book library and ITSM community. The company has great customer service. They answered all my questions promptly and encouraged me as I progressed through the courses. I only wish I had lifetime access to the courses. I would love to be able to go back to review and refresh my knowledge.
