Does this deal include taxes and oil disposal? Whats the difference between the oil filter and cartridge filter? And do I pay extra for the oil filter or is that included in the $19 dollar deal?

The tax, filter and disposal are included in the deal. If the vehicle has a special filter (ie canister) or additional quarts or oil, there would be an extra charge.
