Is the cost of the consultation included in the groupon?

Lizanne W. asked 10 months, 9 days, 10 hours, and 46 minutes ago - 1 answer

Alex C.

There is no additional fee for the consultation. If it is decided that you are not a candidate for ClearCorrect you will receive a refund from Groupon.

Alex C. answered 10 months, 9 days, 9 hours, and 57 minutes ago

The Groupon only covers up to 12 aligners. How much would it be if my treatment requires more?

Amy L. asked 10 months, 11 days, 2 hours, and 14 minutes ago - 1 answer

Alex C.

Amy, Thank you for the question. ClearCorrect has Limited and Comprehensive treatment options; the Groupon offer is for the Limited treatment catergory. If the complexity of your case exceeds the Limited criteria than you would not be a candidate and your payment would be refunded by Groupon. Comprehensive treatment; any case involving more than the 12 steps of aligners is $6375.

Will your office provide a receipt for use with a Cafeteria Plan flexible spending account?

Kara B. asked 10 months, 10 days, 9 hours, and 18 minutes ago - 1 answer

Alex C.

Kara, Our office will happily provide a receipt for the amount which we receive from Groupon. This will not be the full $1800 as this is paid to Groupon directly.

Deal states not valid for post-treatment retainers. Does this mean the patient will need to purchase a retainer after treatment or will the last ClearCorrect serve as the retainer? If patient is required to purchase retainer, what is the cost ? Thanks!

Kelly S. asked 10 months, 11 days, 10 hours, and 21 minutes ago - 1 answer

Alex C.

There are different options for retention. A removable, clear retainer, similar to the clear correct trays; removable traditional orthodontic retainer with an acrylic base and wire across the front of the teeth; or a bonded or permanent wire retainer attached to the back of the front 6 teeth. Depending on the type of retainer agreed to at the end of treatment the fees would range between $175-245 per retainer.

How much would it cost for the retainers? And any other additional fees?

Can you still use your insurance and pay the difference? What are the post treatment retainers? How many and how often do you need? What do they cost?

DENYNE W. asked 10 months, 12 days, 7 hours, and 43 minutes ago - 1 answer

The full $1800 would be paid to Groupon directly; insurance monies are not able to be used towards the purchase price. There are different options for retention. Can I use my health insurance in conjunction with this deal?

Anthony I. asked 10 months, 11 days, 12 hours, and 51 minutes ago - 1 answer

Alex C.

Our office is happy to complete an orthodontic claim for patients that have adult orthodontic benefits. However, as the deal is purchased through Groupon the full $1800 can not be submitted to the insurance carrier for payment as our office does not receive the full amount. We can only issue claims for the amount received by our office.
