Choose from Three Options

  • $25 for a 90-minute wine experience education class for one (a $50 value)
  • $45 for a 90-minute wine experience education class for two (a $100 value)
  • $80 for a 90-minute wine experience education class for four (a $200 value)

During the class, students glean knowledge of a variety of wines that may include chardonnay, malbec, pinot noir, sauvignon blanc, and pinot grigio. Classes are held at The Wine Therapist on Sundays at 2 p.m., at Palio's Pizza Cafe in Plano on Saturdays at 5 p.m., and the Coffee House Cafe on Wednesdays at 6 p.m. While this Groupon is not valid for the purchase of alcohol, students may stay and enjoy wine and discounted food for an additional fee.

With a full-service staff and chef, Great Tastes handles every aspect of food planning, from preparing the meals to cleaning up. They cater all sorts of events, from weddings and birthday parties to cocktail parties, with fixed prices arranged upfront so that clients don't incur hidden fees after a spontaneous food fight erupts. They have developed a wine education course that can be held in clients' living rooms or kitchens, along with wine-tasting tours in the DFW area and around the state of Texas with Texas Wineaux Tours.
