To John- fine print says “Seattle Residents”, not Seattle area or greater Seattle. Pretty definitive to me.
I emailed them to ask about the eastside. Did anyone call them yet?
I called to inquire about Woodinville and their message said to e-mail them…so I did. If/when I hear back from them I’ll post the reply here.
10 dollar drive fee for locations outside of Seattle. I am in Bellevue so that is what they quoted me. I can’t speak for Redmond or other areas.

We do service some specific areas outside of Seattle; however, there is a drive fee (per visit) on locations outside of Seattle. Examples: we service: Renton, Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Shoreline, Burien and there is a $10 drive fee implemented on these locations (we do not service Woodenville, Duvall, etc).

Also, just to let everyone know, Groupon won’t mail you your Groupon until Monday (when the deal closes); that means that we can’t start booking your Groupon services (although you can book non-Grupon services) until you receive your official Groupon (and we get the list).
Also, we do suggest at least 5-10 day-out booking requests. We will do our best to accommodate your emergency move-out and deep clean (before guests arrive!) services; however, we can’t guarantee we will be able to get you in on last minute notice (the Groupon is valid, however, for one year!).
I just called them, the will do Redmond, didnt ask about Woodinville etc, for $10 driving fee – I went for it!
Does any one know if you can trade listed to clean items for higher priority items? Fo example I’d rather have clean my window blinds then my kitchen?

I bought one of these a few days ago and came back to purchase one for a friends baby shower. Anyone know why it will no allow me to purchase another?
I purchased this deal last Friday 8.21.09, and it’s now Wednesday evening 8.26.09 and I still haven’t received my coupon for the cleaning. Do I need to follow up with Groupon or the cleaning service directly? This is my first experience buying something and if it’s going to be a hassle to collect on the service it’s not really going to be worth it to continue. Thanks for any help in getting the coupon delivered.
