On the options for buying, both the selections indicate for one story house only. The $99 option is also for one story. Please clarify. Also, do you service in the san ramon area?

I have a 2400 sq ft home, that has carpet upstairs only and a stairway that also has carpet. If I buy the larger package and pay for the stairs, could I use the extra sq footage to have you clean 2 8x10 area rugs? Also, is there an expiration date? Thanks,

Area rugs cannot be a substitute in this package, as we have a pick-up and drop-off service for area rugs which is an additional $99 per rug. The Groupon expires 150 days after purchase date.

The house is over 2000 sq. ft. but most of the first floor is flooring. There's a big living/dining room and 13 stairs+4 bedrooms upstairs and a small area in the 2 bathrooms + hallway. Can I use the groupon for everything, adding the stair fee only? I'd love to combine it with a duct cleaning too. I'd like to use it Monday or Tuesday (Union City)...is this all possible?

If the carpeted area of the home measures less than 2,000 sq ft. then you can use the Groupon for that, with the stairs being additional. We would be able to do the carpet cleaning. Unfortunately, we are unable to do both the duct and carpet cleaning on the same day, as we have different technicians specialized in each field. We have an opening on Monday 1/28 for the carpet cleaning between 3-5 PM.
