The services are all included. Yes, you can apportion the footage for a 2-story home. Yes, it is only valid for 150 days after purchase.

The services you are offering are on for steam cleaning... If you would like shampooing and the usage of soap, then you will have to pay am extra charge? How much is the extra charge?
