Greenleaf Yoga Studio

Greenleaf Yoga Studio exemplifies the many varied ways students can practice yoga. While newer students or those with limited mobility build strength with the help of bolsters and blocks during restorative classes, more advanced practitioners can practice arm balances and inversions during Level 2 classes. Additionally, students can focus on synchronizing their breath with postures during Ashtanga yoga, or crunch cores during sessions that focus on postures specially designed to tone the midsection.

“The yogi's here definitely know their stuff. The level here seems much more advanced and spiritual than what I've experienced before. The studio is clean, and there is a variety of classes to see what your preference is. There is also a good number of classes available throughout each day of the week, making it a good choice for those with a busy, rigid schedule. One thing that's frustrating about finding a good yoga studio to go to, is that it's hard to find classes that don't land during a work day. Overall, a good quality studio where the instructors are very knowledgable, quite welcoming, and with a flexible schedule. ”

  • “Teacher/owner is very knowledgeable, and he provides helpful, individual guidance. Facility is very clean. I can highly recommend this studio.”
