I’m confused what is the $50 of greenling going to include? On the Greenling website they have several options for “boxes”… a few of them, like the “local box” are $34.99.
What exactly will this groupon allow you to purchase? Is it like a gift certificate to use towards a purchase?

It looks like to me, that it’s $50 worth of whatever Greenling sells. You buy a gift certificate for $25, but it’s worth $50. If you buy one of the boxes, then you can browse around and add a la carte items to get to the $50. If you go over $50, then you only pay the difference.

Good Morning Emily-
Dawn hit it right on the head! It’s $25 for a $50 Groupon to Greenling. You may use it how you like. A “local box” seems to be a popular choice if you read their Yelp reviews! There are directions on their website in the “how it works” section if you’d like to read more about Greenling!

I just wanted to put in that I’ve used Greenling for years and they are an absolutely great service

Does “1 per person” mean that if there are 4 people in a single household, 4 groupons may be purchased and redeemed independently but delivered to the same address?

Morgan Z.

Hi Tuscan-
Morgan again with Groupon, the fine print does mention one per person. Thus, if you live with roommates and purchase groceries separately than as long as the purchaser of the Groupon is also the purchaser of the groceries, everything should be fine. I hope that makes sense. Let me know if you have more questions!

i want to give this groupon to my daughter who lives in San Marcus. Will this be a problem since my email is to be used for redemption purposes?

Holly L.

I am wondering how to use this groupon since we will be ordering on line and not actually going to an actual place.

Jennifer M.

Just want to add that you can NOT go wrong with anything Greenling offers. They are just fantastic – great people and great food. I have 2 little kids, so having a lot of our food delivered is a Godsend – and Friday night (when we get our "green box) is always a cause for celebration around here. OK, so we may be dorks, but we’re happy dorks. :)

Morgan Z.

Hi Holly-
As it says in the feature your email address will be shared with Greenling and they will email you in the next few days with step-by-step instructions on how to redeem.

Best, Morgan w/ Groupon!

Julia H.

Do you know if current Greenling customers can use this Groupon?

Morgan Z.

Hi Julia-
Yes, you can use this as a loyal Greenling customer! :)

Question: It shows the expiration date as tomorrow? Is that correct, i.e., does it mean we have to redeem to Groupon tomorrow if we buy it?

Evelyn P.

Never mind - just saw the 2010. One year, not one day. That makes more sense. ;)

Evelyn P.

Um, OK, why was the second part of my sentence struck out?

Morgan Z.

Hi Evelyn! You’re correct it’s a year from tomorrow. I am not sure about the strike through, technology can be a funny thing sometimes!?

-Best, Morgan (w/ Groupon)

Is there an estimated timeline for receiving the Greenling code? I haven’t seen anything yet, but wasn’t sure how long it should take.
Thanks!

Sharon A.

I have not received my coupon from Greenling"s, nor can I tell if it “took” when I tried to sign up for this deal! There was more than 30 minutes to go before the deal expired! Am I waiting for nothing???? Thanks for your help!

Haven’t received mine either:(

Sent you an email yesterday & still no groupon from greenling

Sent you an email yesterday & still no groupon from greenling

Miss A.

I rec’d the greenling groupon code number, but never an e-mail from Greenling about how to use the Groupon. When I go to their site, it seems like you have to sign your life away, along with giving credit card no. to get into the site. Please share how I can actually redeem my groupon at Greenlings. I have also e-mailed them and hope to hear back from one or both of you. Thanks!
