"Oil filter check or CHANGE" This is the kind of sneaky subtle changes you guys make that give you a bad reputation. That will be the downfall of groupon when you don't do the right thing. What 15 year old do you have working for you that would allow for that word to be added into the rules. And if it's not an error on your part, then you should not allow a business to do it. What reputable auto business would not change the filter. This really is shoddy practice on both your parts.
