How fast can I expect to go? I have driven a BMW 2002 up to 96mph, been a passenger in one at 106 and a passenger in a DS 21 Citroen at 100. What reasonable speed I might expect to go with the instructor and then on the road?

I am not sure what you are asking. If you are driving you will be able to go as fast as your abilities allow you to drive you safely. If you are a passenger with the instructors driving you will be going fast enough to experience G forces you body hasn't felt in a car before.
