Kemah Crawfish Festival

This year the purveyors at the Kemah Crawfish Festival will be celebrating the event's fifth anniversary fittingly—with crawfish innovation. Their new cooking units can boil up to 6,000 pounds of crawfish per hour, which is more than enough to feed the hungry revelers and stray walruses that flock to the event grounds. In addition to crawfish, this festival also features three days of drinks, kid-friendly rides, and live music from the likes of Louisiana songwriter Wayne Toups.

Tips

  • “Fun but long wait for crawfish. ”

  • “Yummy!! Was worth the trip! ”
