This is the first time I bought anything from Groupon. I am not sure if everything I bought went thru. How can I tell? Also I did not get the full discount available to me for a first time buyer. Is there another way to communicate as through a phone call? Thank you, Nancy G.

Nancy, This information may help you on the two questions you have asked. First, you will recieve which ever groupon you purchased in a voucher form to the e-mail your are registered to. If you purchased both options you will get two vouchers to your groupon account in an e-mail. You can then print those out and bring them in to any one of our locations to redeem them. They also have a mobile option for your smart phone that you can use to redeem the voucher. As for the discount you receive it will depend on the voucher you purcahsed. If you purchased the breakfast voucher for $5 you will bring that in before the expiration date and get $10 off your total bill following all restrictions printed on the voucher. If you purchased the lunch voucher for $10, you will get $20 off your meal following all restrictions on the voucher. If your purchased both, then on different visits you will get the value of the voucher according to the one you use. All vouchers have a number on them for tracking purposes. I can not see which voucher you purchased because I do not have that info at this time. You can try to call Group On at 1800 350 9061 (This is the number that should be on the bottom of your voucher to see how they can assist you in making sure you purchased what you wanted. May I buy both a breakfast groupon and a lunch/dinner groupon? This doesn't seem to be an option. Thanks

The groupon is good for any food or beverage item on the menu, but can not be used or combined with other specials and offers.
