If I buy a groupon, but once you see my hair, which is equally frizzy, fine and brittle - if you determine I'm not a good candidate - can I use the $99 spent towards some other service?

my hair is lawered, face framed to shoulders w/heavy highlights; salt/pepper in front and sides.....needing lowlights ?? perhaps .... what kind of situation are we getting into for the keratin treatment. I want lift ; as straight as possible. Not wavy..no twanging bangs for sure. .Last time I had it done by highend salon in Boca. It was not straight and flowing; smelled & looked like a over processed perm if I didn't blow dry and flat iron. That's what I don't want to have to do every day. I have fine curly/ frizzy hair to begin with. I love the carefree, flow from the 'old' keratin treatment over 1 yr. ago....I hate curly & wavy.HELP
