At Bodysport Fitness Center, highly trained instructors motivate pupils of all athletic abilities during high-intensity group boot camp classes designed by personal trainers. During each coed session, a barrage of full-body workouts replaces lazy fitness routines and helps build lean yet strong physiques. Gut-fighting gurus lead each class held on an outdoor turf field or inside Bodysport’s 4,000-square-foot facility during inclement conditions, such as extreme heat, rain, and cactus-migration season. Exercisers feed off each other’s energy during the fun, hour-long sessions, cultivating a group bond and camaraderie based on mutual success and encouragement. The recently revamped program may incorporate elements of kickboxing, Bulgarian Bags, and even yoga alongside classic boot camp musts including core workouts and primal screaming. Classes take place Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6 a.m., 9 a.m., 6 p.m., and 7 p.m.; Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30 a.m., 9 a.m., 6 p.m., and 7 p.m.; and Saturday at 8 a.m. and 9 a.m.

The recently revamped program may incorporate elements of kettlebells, free weights, kickboxing, and even yoga alongside classic boot-camp musts, including calesthenics, plyometrics, core workouts, and primal screaming. During comfortable weather, students work away excess calories in scenic outdoor parks and move into the gym’s 8,400-square-foot facility in cases of extreme heat.
