Gymboree Play & Music offers a bevy of baby-engaging 45- to 60-minute classes in which parents and wee ones work together to build creativity and encourage development through play. The one-month membership allows youngsters to take one class per week, with make-ups available should they miss a class. Members also gain unlimited access to Gymboree's Open Gym times available throughout the week, where kids can tumble around and work on their cognitive skills or Olympic squat thrusts. One Groupon is redeemable per child, and each child must be accompanied by at least one adult (additional adults are welcome).

When Joan Barnes founded Gymboree Play & Music in 1976, she envisioned a facility where parents and children could play together in a safe and age-appropriate environment. In the following decades, Gymboree Play & Music spread to more than 30 countries across the globe, helping youngsters from infants to 5 years old develop cognitive, physical, and social skills. The company's instructors lead classes such as Play & Learn, its flagship course, in which parents and kids move through a seven-level program filled with storytelling, play activities, and debates on the merits of sandwich crust.
