Are these salt water pools or chemicals?

At H2O we have chlorine pools with some assistance from Ultra Violet. Although there is no by product from UV, our requirement for chlorine is generally less than other pools. We use sodium carbonate to adjust our pH. Hope this answers your question.

On the write-up is says that 2 and under are free, but when clicking through the website, it says that there is charge rate for 0 - 12 years. Could you please clarify. I have a two year old daughter and I was just wondering if my husband and I go, do we have to pay for her as well? Thanks

Hello, Children over the age of 10 may be left alone in the facility. Children 8-9 must have a parent or guardian in the building and Children under the age of 8 must be within arms reach of a person in the pool 16yrs or older. I hope that answers your question and hope to see you soon.

How tall/old do kids have to be to go on the waterslides? Can parents co-ride with their kids?

Hello, You need to be a minimum of 42 inches (107cm) tall to ride the FlowRider and the waterslides. If you want to stand up on the FlowRider you need to be a minimum of 52 inches (132cm) tall. Waterslides are single person use at a time for safety Hope to see you at H2O!
