Ha Yoga & Life Studio

Within Ha Yoga & Life Studio, on the wooden floors she polished by hand, Nikki Brewer leads yoga students through strengthening asanas. She has devoted her life to yoga and leads her classes with the confidence that comes from three years of teaching and passing the president's physical-fitness test in grade school. Nikki and her fellow instructors teach a variety of styles, including hot classes, yin sessions, and jivamukti, a vigorous combination of Vinyasa flow, group chanting, meditation, and spiritual teachings. Nicole, another instructor, leads naam yoga, a spiritual exercise that combines yoga, chanting, and dance with the intention of restoring energy flow and opening the heart.
