The medium maki platter combines 36 pieces of rolls such as salmon and mango, spicy tuna with avocado, and tilapia with tempura. The main menu features dishes made by kosher-trained chefs, such as a plate of falafel ($8), a chicken-shish-kebab pita sandwich ($11), and manti—traditional Bukharian steamed dumplings stuffed with beef and lamb ($17).
