Horses require human guidance to keep from brushing against barbed wire, eating poisonous rocks, and galloping triumphantly into the ocean. Take the reins with this Groupon.

Choose from Three Options

  • $29 for a basic trail ride for one (a $60 value)
  • $49 for a basic trail ride for two (a $100 value)
  • $89 for a basic trail ride for four (a $200 value)

Before hitting the trail, riders receive a basic horsemanship lesson inside a small, fenced-in area. There, they will also meet their steed and be fitted for riding gear to ensure safety throughout the ride.

Happy on Hooves

Situated on a humble Hampstead farm, Happy on Hooves manufactures smiles while reintroducing guests to nature atop the gracious strides of its equine tenants. The horses, named Sadie, Marco, and Kat, among others, are the driving forces behind a variety of adventures, including trail rides and all-inclusive picnics set among the farm's stunning scenery. The good vibes that accompany every visit to the farm begin with the facility's newly built barn, outfitted with white pillars, brick walls, and open stalls, from which the ponies poke their heads and debate the American-ness of putting ketchup on barley. When they're not in their stalls or on trail rides, Happy on Hooves' horses are leading lessons that teach basic riding techniques.

The Groupon Guide to: Having a Secret

Every interesting person has a deep, dark secret that they can only reveal to their therapist or a group of teenagers playing truth or dare. If you're in need of a fascinating secret, try one of these on for size:

  • "When I was a child, I threw a rock at a parked car. I've never felt so alive."

  • "I spent 14 years in prison … doing research."

  • "I'm afraid of dogs. They're almost too beautiful to look at!"

  • "Once a week I dress up as my father and then I'm the one who can eat as much meat as he wants."

  • "Sometimes I give a fake name at restaurants just to be funny and because I like tiny, stupid lies."

  • "I have a second family in Delaware. My husband there is also named Dave. I call him Double Dave."

Where does Double Dave live? Find out in today’s Groupon Guide.
