It specifies adult ticket prices, but not children prices. Are children allowed?

Hi, how old is the kids that need to buy the ticket?

I just called to confirm, they said till 5 years old are free.

It does not make sense to buy one of these tickets for a child. Regular price for kids is only $10. Only the adult price is usually $29.95.

Can I buy tickets for the kids there along w/my groupon for adults?

Hi Alexandra- I am interested in the Urban Ocean tickets. I want to buy 2 adult tickets and 3 kids tickets. Can you please clarify what you mean by the groupon being vaild toward kids tickets. A kid’s ticket is $10 regular price, the groupon only shows an option for $15 tickets which is a nice discount for the adult tickets.

Julia – There is only one price point for each cruise to avoid confusion. You can purchase all 5 through Groupon or just the adult tickets.

Just read the post that states kids 5 and under are free, already purchased tickets and 1 was for my four year old. The website states only 2 and under are free. ???

Better call the company to confirm by yourself.

how long does it usually take for your tix to process? i had to cancel my original order because i had to update my credit card info… now i don’t know whats goin on. lol

Hi LA – Children 5years old and younger are FREE. Children 6 years of age and older will need a ticket.

Jami – Since the deal is still live you can go in and alter the the quantity that you purchase.

Mary – If does not say that is it processing and you do not have your Groupons in your “My Stuff” section of you account, you will need to replace your order.

Hi LA – I would like to clarify that children 5years old and younger ride free ONLY on the Harbor Tour.

How long does it take for an order to be processed? Also, how do I get my tickets? Do they send them to my email address after the order is processed? I have never used Groupon before so i am very unfamiliar with how this all works.

Is the water fairly calm on the harbor cruise? Some people in my group are prone to sea sickness, so I wanted to know if, because this boat stays in the harbor, if the boat rocks or if the water is choppy.

Hi Amanda – The order will be complete prior to the deal being over. If it does not state that it is processing and you have no received the Groupons please repurchase. If it is process still please be patient, sometimes due to the volume of sales on the website it can take a few hours. Also, please note the Groupon can not be used the day it is purchased.

To find your Groupon(s) post purchase: sign in and click on “My Stuff” and then on “My Groupons” and they will be located there.

Meredith – That is a very hard question to answer. The boats stays in Harbor, which is generally stable… but they can’t predict how the weather will affect the harbor or the water. Every day is a bit different.

On the Aquarium of the Pacific site it says:
“Availability:
4:00 p.m. Saturdays through Labor Day weekend 2010.”
But the Groupon doesn’t expire until Sept. 12. Can I use it on Sept 11 (the weekend after Labor Day)?

I’ve left a few messages for Scott but I still haven’t gotten a call back. Does anyone have a better number than 562-432-4900?

Same issue as Jennifer and BP. I’ve called and left numerous messages for over a week, no response.

I’m intending to use it the 11th, per my calendar and notes when I originally purchased, and if this is not deable then its going to be an issue.

The Urban Ocean number I’ve been calling is 562-590-3100.
