There’s never enough time to exercise, which is why instructors at Hard Core Yoga help customers tone bodies quickly with fast-paced, one-hour yoga classes incorporating cardio, stretching, and muscle-sculpting exercises. Upbeat rhythms from hip-hop and R & B soundtracks fill the spacious studio, brightened by floor-to-ceiling windows. During each signature class, open to all skill levels, the instructors power through core-strengthening poses in addition to full-body toning poses. They also take time to include exercise modifications for students with injuries or who are allergic to savasanas. The classes range in ability level from intro sessions, which emphasize correct postures and alignment, to level two classes, which include challenges such as inversions and binds.
