What is a lymphatic massage and an infrared sauna? Is it a full body massage? Is the sauna like a dry wood burning sauna? I just want some clarification because I have had a massage before and also been in the sauna so is it the same? Thanks for your help!

The deal states there is a 60 minute Lymphatic Massage, but when you go to Harmony Life's website, it doesn't show they offer that service. Just making sure they do have this service before I purchase. Thanks
