Katie begins each facial by cleansing the skin before analyzing its characteristics and customizing the treatment accordingly. Every session includes an exfoliation to slough off dead skin cells, a deep-cleansing mask, and pore extractions. A face, neck, hand, and arm massage is followed by a moisturizing mask, foot massage, and the application of finishing products.

Katie Starns, a graduate of the Vici Capilli Beauty Institute, worked at multiple salons before starting to practice her face-rejuvenating techniques at Harmony Salon and Spa.
