this is the original blow out so you may get your hair wet but we recommend waiting 24 hrs so your cuticle has time to shrink !

Hi there, I had partial highlights done one year ago, and I think I may need partial lowlights as well as partial highlights because of this so the color doesn't chunk in the lower parts of my hair. Could I still use this Groupon?
