Yes, the 10-class cards have a 90-day expiration from the day of activation. As a courtesy, we will always extend you an extra month should you not be able to use them all for any reason.

My wife has been going here for many months and absolutely loves them. She says it is one of the best run Yoga studios she has ever been to and she has been to a lot. I would have definitely bought this for her if it wasn’t for new members only.
They do offer a free week already for new students, but the 10 extra visits for $49 is still an AWESOME deal!
Does “new clients only” exclude those who have gone to the studio for the “1 week free trial” offered by their website?
That’s what I was wondering…I did a free week with them months ago but never signed up…do I still get a free week??? I’m assuming not. :( That was gonna be my decision maker, if I got a free week on top of it I was definatly gonna get it
Hello all. I’d like to adress some of you concerns:
We are offering the FREE WEEK to anyone who has not already taken advantage of our offer. We are mentioning this along with the sale of the 10-class card special so that those buying the Groupon deal know that they are welcome to get the free week as well.
If you have never purchased a package, you qualify as a new client still so this offer is available to you as well.

In other words, this deal is really only for “$49 for 10 single classes” for people who have never purchased classes before.
The deal makes it sound like you get a week + 10 classes even if you’ve tried the studio before but haven’t purchased classes.

Kim, it sounds like Dino said if you buy the Groupon you still get the week of FREE Classes even if you have already taken advantage of the free week of classes they promote, as long as you have not purchased any classes.
At least that is what it sounds like to me.
I see that I was not as clear as I should have been.
Since this is an offer for and to encourage “new clients only” we do not want to penalize those who never received a FREE WEEK and would still like to purchase the Groupon. So buy the Groupon and still get your FREE WEEK! At the same time, so as not to penalize those who have already enjoyed the free week offer at the studio (which we offer to any local resident one time only) but have not yet bought a package, we still allow the Groupon to be used if they have not yet purchased a regular class package.
I hope this address your concerns better.
I’m really interested but the one thing holding me back is the heat, which I don’t handle very well. Does anyone know what the temperature is for the “mildly warm” classes?
Out “Mildly Warm” clases are at about 90 degrees. That sounds warmer than it really feels though and our fresh-air and humidity controls also help keep you comfortable. We do have some non-heated clases as well however, the Hot classes are by far our most popular, even with thoses who at first were totally turned-off by the thought. They are addicting…

Hi Deanna. Yup, its been since July 2nd, 2009. Where ya been? We would love to see you back in the studio but we do have to stick with the rules laid-out for the Groupon. So sorry but heck, you already know us, you already love us so come on back already…
Hi there, I tried the studio’s free week, and fell in love with it. I then bought a 10 pack, and have used 3 classes so far. Then I saw this deal, was very excited, and bought it, until I realized it said “new clients only” after I had already printed it out. Should I try to get a refund based on my true misunderstanding, or when I buy my next pack, can you just deduct the amount I paid from the price, or am I able to use it since I have only gone to the studio a few times?
This is a fabulous studio, the best I’ve ever been to, and Dino and his staff are wonderful. I would definitely encourage people who haven’t tried it to check it out and see what makes Haute Yoga such a great place…

If you bought a deal and did not understand that there was an exclusivity clsues, just let me know before you get your next class package and I will deduct the $49 from the cost so that you are not out any $$$. If you missed the deal, email me at Dino@hauteyoga.com and I will extend to you a consolation deal which won’t be the smokin’ deal Grooupon offers, but will still be a great value.
