During each of three one-hour sessions, clients settle into the straps of a Health Canada–licensed SpineMed decompression table for a computerized spinal analysis and treatment. The table gently pulls injured discs apart using distraction, relieving pressure on the nerve and reconnecting the disc to its oxygen and fluid supply as it draws the disc back to its proper position. Treatment can aid in short- and long-term relief for conditions such as herniated or bulging discs and sciatica.
