Vitality Center is truly everything that you should expect from a medical spa. It has a great atmosphere with a very friendly staff, a visit to this spa is a pleasant experience. My skin treatment was performed by a very well trained medical esthetician who performed my treatment plan accordingly to fit my skin’s condition. I am totally satisfied with the results I obtained, and now I am going back for some other skin treatments based on the results I already achieved.

I went to the Vitality Centre for laser hair removal and, having finished my six sessions, couldn't be happier. There are a couple of things that I think make the Vitality Centre stand out: 1. No exaggerating or upselling. I was told that based on my assessment, six sessions might not be enough to remove all of the hair on the area. I really appreciated how the technicians were realistic with me about what I could expect from the onset rather than promising me something unattainable. They also never tried to "push" add-ons on me like some other groups I've purchased. (I think that one additional session should be enough to do it!) 2. Competent technicians. I'm always a bit wary of people using lasers, because I know there's a balance between wanting to be aggressive (to get the hair) and being too aggressive (which could leave burns). Thankfully, all three of the techs I saw knew what they were doing and were able to answer any questions I had. They increased the settings of the laser every appointment, so that I got the most "bang for my buck" but also never experienced any side effects besides a bit of redness (that would fade after a few hours). 3. All of the staff who work there – from the clinic manager to the techs – are kind, professional, and genuinely pleasant to be around. Vitality will allow you to book all of your appointments in advance (which I know some places won't do) and send reminder emails and phone calls the day before. They are accommodating to changing schedules, and seem genuinely interested in forming good relationships with clients. There are a zillion laser hair removal groupons on here – if you're looking for one that's centrally located (by Dupont TTC), with techs you can rest easy with, and with actual hair reduction, this is one I'd recommend!
