Choose Between Two Options

Healthy U Fitness Studio offers a series of Incinerate classes that are geared towards students looking for a more intense workout that can burn up to 1,000 calories in an hour through a combination of plyometrics, strength training, and body weight resistance. The option for Incinerate classes is available for two six-week sessions. Customers can either redeem this for the session starting February 27 and ending April 3, held on Wednesdays from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., or for the session starting March 2 and ending April 6, held on Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.

Students purchasing 10- or 20-session packs can use their sessions for open gym visits with full equipment use or group fitness classes including Pilates, yoga, swimming, and senior circuits. See the full class schedule here.
