One of Herbal Infusions Tea Co.’s master tea blenders helms each hands-on group workshop, sharing historical tea facts and inside information about famous blends such as English Breakfast. The tea expert then leads participants through creating their own custom blends from an assortment of flavours. Students depart with three bags of loose-leaf tea that they can use to whip up their own inimitable blends at home. Workshops are held on Saturday, January 5 and 12, at 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. and on Thursday, January 24, at 6 p.m.
