Hillsborough Pool, Racquet & Fitness

When Hillsborough Pool, Racquet & Fitness opened in 1979, it was solely a racquetball venue. Since then, renovations have morphed the building into a 25,000-square-foot fitness mecca. The facility now boasts a revamped façade, a nursery, remodeled locker rooms, and a fitness area furnished with Life Fitness cardio and strength-training machines. Instructors stage spinning, yoga, Zumba, and Pilates classes inside fitness studios and aqua-aerobics classes in the indoor 55’x25’ pool, which also houses the facility’s resident humpback whale.
