The menu includes the spicy flavors of chicken chowmein ($8.95), lamb vindaloo ($11.95), and salmon curry ($11.95), as well as sweet or salty lassi ($2.95) and himalayan butter chai ($1.95).

Himalayan Flavors

The chefs of Himalayan Flavors replicate the Nepalese and Indian flavors of the mountains for which their restaurant is named and serve them at a more comfortable altitude inside the saffron-colored dining room. They denote the spiciness of their dishes with one to three chili peppers, with one pegging a mild, tame flavor and three peppers signaling that you shouldn’t whistle in an ice sculpture’s ear. The staff pairs steaming plates of lamb vindaloo, chicken tikka masala, and shrimp korma with brown or basmati rice and a cup of complimentary lentil soup. To calm down the spicy tones of meals, the kitchen team pours glasses of mango lassi and dishes out syrupy bites of fried gulab jamun.

The Groupon Guide to: Dealing with Spills

Spills can happen at any time, whether you're drinking wine from a paper bag or holding a carton of milk over an open flame. Here's how you can sop up your next spill:

Water: These spills occur frequently because our bodies are mainly composed of water and have so many openings for the water to escape. To clean up the spill and get it back where it belongs, open your mouth and let the water evaporate. With any luck, the gas will go back inside your body, turn back into water, and give your organs a healthy-looking shine.

Milk: A milk spill can be resolved in two ways—let the milk age into yogurt and wait for ants to eat it up, or let the milk age into cheese and let bigger ants eat it up.

Ranch Dressing: Though it's no surprise that people in every town love the creamy tang of ranch dressing, it is a surprise that more of them don't know how to clean it up using only half-inch plastic tubing and their mouth.

How can I give my organs a healthy shine?
