I’ve purchased a few things at home concepts, great products and prices.
Can you tell us what items would not be valid for this coupon? It seems like most things are covered. Thanks.
Most everything in the store is covered and available to be included with your Groupon purchase. It is limited to purchases in the store only and does not include special orders. Where you looking for anything specifically?

Does it cover sale items?
Never mind— I answered my own question.
The hours are:
Monday-Friday 11-8
Saturday 10-7
Sunday 11-5
It does cover sale items but the Groupon does not end until Sunday night. So we can’t start redeeming the Groupons till Monday at 11am. The $10 sale will still be going on till Tuesday so you can definately take advantage of the hot sale prices.
So if I wanted to buy a desk for $100 I could buy it for $50?
And I would buy it Monday?
On Monday at 11am we will have a list of all those people that bought into the deal. You are essentially buying a $100 gift card for use exclusively at our store and paying only $50. So then you pick out the desk you want and use your Groupon certificate just like a $100 gift card. If the desk is over a $100 at retail you pay the difference. If the desk is less then $100 we give you a gift card for that difference back and we sell you the desk. The Groupon offer is good through November 2nd so you will need to spend the rest on your gift card before that time. I hope that clarifies things a bit. Let me know.

If anyone is listening this is Mark from HomeConcept again. Make sure and buy your Groupon today. They are good until Nov. 2nd and you can use them to buy gifts for the Holidays.
We have on order these really cool lamps that are like Aquariums in how they look but the images move inside. We had them at Christmas last year and we could not get enough.
I just got a note from the vendor and they will be instock here in the new 7 to 10 days.
$10 BLOW OUT is still going strong with hundreds of items left. We just found some more of the $10 storage cubes and they won’t last long.
Come in and you can preshop with Bob, our store manager, and he will hold your purchases till Monday when we open so you can take advantage of the $10 deals before they are all gone.

Hey Mark — is it good at your online store http://www.lampsusa.com/ also? or just in the Madison store?
No just in the Madison store. We have had lots of interest on the website but nothing we could pull off with Groupon and at that great a price for that dollar amount customers would have to pay the freight and they probably wouldn’t want to do that. The deal would not be the same. So the assortment is not as large in the store as on the net but we stock most of the best sellers from our top lines.

Can you clarify what if any items this groupon gift certifcate would NOT be good on. It says “not good with other offers.” Specifically, does that mean it is NOT good on CLEARANCE priced items for example, or would it be good on things on clearance?

Mary- Sometimes it takes a little longer to process the purchase. As soon as you click submit when purchasing, we have you on record and you should be good. Post back if you are still haveing problems and thanks!
I purchased my groupon yesterday and — about 24 hours later — it still hasn’t been processed. Why would that be?
Can it be used on CLEARANCE items through the store?
This is Mark from Home Concept. The Groupon is good on clearance. We have other coupons floating on some other media and this is a great deal. We always give them the best deal of what is available and the Groupon would be the best deal.
