Questions and Answers
do u offer hot yoga??
Hi Michele, there is lots of street parking around the studio. Street parking is free after 6 p.m. or there are several pay lots next door and across the street.
Hi Sharon, We do not offer the 105 degree yoga but our Hatha Flow classes especially with Susan, Penny, Emily & Terri are guaranteed to make you sweat.

Typically how early do you need to arrive to a class to get a spot?
Thanks so much for offering this great deal! I too need to know how early to arrive to get a spot.
Hi Everyone, on your first visit, you just need to arrive about 15 minutes before the class and 10 minutes after that.
I attended a class about 3 years ago, it was free because I’d never been to the studio before. I haven’t been back since. Do I qualify as a new student who can use this coupon?
Does the month pass start with your first visit and run for 30 days or do you have to use it within one calendar month?
To Elizabeth, Yes you qualify as a new student and can use the coupon.
To Michele C, the month pass starts on the day you come and use the coupon. You have a year to come in, so if you can’t start until May it would start with your first visit in May.
Thanks for your response. so, it does run for a 30 day period from the date of your first class. Great. thanks a bunch!
Hi Michele,
You are correct it runs for 30 days from your first class, see you soon.
first time yoga-er here ;) is there anything I need to bring?
Hi Cozbi, you just need to bring yourself, wear comfortable clothes (elastic waistband) is always good and and don’t each too much before you come. We have everything else you may need.
Can I come as much as I’d like within that month, and are there any classes to which you would reccommend a new student?

Hi Bryce! You can definitely come in as much as you would like in that month. The month starts from the first class you take. There are 27 classes a week so that should give you plenty of options!
There are descriptions on the classes I pulled from the website – here are a couple that mentioned they are good for beginners:
Yoga for Newbe’s – A hatha class designed specifically for the very
new to yoga, to learn the basics of yoga asana and pranayama (breath).
Hatha Basics – Slow, meditative, calm practice. Perfect for beginners
or even advanced practioners wishing to slow down. We use gentle
movement to welcome soft openings and mind-body awareness. This
class is designed for the student trying to regain their flexiblity and
strength. Perfect for anyone desiring a slow supportive environment.
Hope that helps!

Is there easy parking near the studio? I am new to the area.
