Yes, it’s not clear how many people are include for the price. (I’m guessing it’s per person). There have been other deals in the past that were not clear either.

The price is per person.
The Groupon deal is good on your choice any of the daily flights, so either the morning or the evening flight. The morning flights are offered daily year round, The evening flights are offered now until mid March!
Children 5 years old and older are allowed to fly and love it!
When you say “children can come with an adult”, I presume you still have to pay full price for each child? If booking 2 adults, 2 young children (just over 5) would be an additional $190?
Also, is there a set schedule for the morning and evening flights? Do they always go at the same time and are they offered every day of the week?
Can this be used for either the Phoenix or Monument valley location? Or just the Phoenix location?
Hi,
Balloons around the world fly when the sun first comes up and when it sets. That is when the winds are the calmest so the pilots have the best conditions to fly! Currently the flights check in at 7:00am and 3:15pm. It gets earlier and later as sunrise/sunset get earlier and later!
The Groupon Deal is only good at the Ariziona location and not Monument Valley.
Is the a weight limit or can large people fly too?
Flights are offered every day of the week, year round.
There is not a per person weight limit up to 300 lbs. If someone is larger, please mention it when making your reservation so that all steps can be taken to make sure that they are comfortable!
If this is a gift- the person receiving it can book the reservation as long as it is before June 2010, correct? We don’t need to book it for them ahead of time, right?
You are correct. You give the gift, The person receiving the gift simply calls in their reservation for whatever flight they wish to take! You are a double hero. Once when you give the gift and again when they fly!
TO ALL INTERESTED: Balloon rides are AWESOME! If you can do this – do it! Great experience. I have not used this company, but LOVE to ride. We were even Married in a hot air balloon – We started on the ground so everyone could hear and participate – then they handed us our champaign and we took off. They they filled another balloon with the wedding party and rotated so everyone got to ride! Such a cool experience. I am sooo sorry I cannot afford this right now, or I would be up there with you!
When giving any groupon as a gift, including this one, does the recipient see the price paid?

Great question. The answer is no, they will only see exactly what the offer says “1 Hot Air Balloon with Champagne Toast…” No price will be mentioned. Hope this helps.

Give it a little more time. The important thing is if you get it by the end of the day, you will receive your printable voucher in an email sometime before early tomorrow morning. I purchased 2 of these Groupons as a gift for my parents, but when I printed out my Groupon, it just says “Good for 1 Hot Air Balloon Ride…” does this coupon count for 2 or do I need to print it out twice orrrr…?

You can buy two and bring yourself and a friend for the same ride, but you cannot use them both for yourself resulting in two consecutive rides (if that’s what you mean).

Great gift! You should receive an email with two printable vouchers. You should print both of them out and your parents will hand them in upon redemption. Hope this answers your questions.

The Groupon did not state that the voucher was only good for one person in The Fine Print on the day I purchased it (that seems to have been added more recently)… it was my first time purchasing a Groupon and now that it’s past, I can’t get a second ticket for the price and I’m really upset… Is it possible to buy another one at $95, even though it’s past the date?

Brett G. – I took your answer above to mean the flight did not have to be completed by June 21, just that the reservation must be made before then. However, when I contacted the company about a reservation for November (so we can do an evening flight), I was told it had to be used by June 21 so we’d have to do a morning flight by June 21. Is that correct? I’m pretty sure there was other discussion about this as well and I remember being relieved that we only had to reserve by then, not actually fly by then. Please let me know. Thanks!
